Shipping & Returns

We are happy to offer free door to door shipments for our shoes and clogs.
We currently ship domestically, in Israel, only. 
All discounted or customized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Only full-price items are eligible for returns and refunds.
It may take 1-2 weeks handling the order.
We will notify you and send a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Return Instructions

2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging
3. Please include packing slip or return form inside return package.
4. Affix the mailing label to the outside of your package
5. You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package.
6. Allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.
